Visa
We will provide you with all necessary documents for your visa application. Visa fees will be reimbursed upon your arrival in China. If these have been paid by your institution, then the institution will be reimbursed accordingly.

Airfare
Airfares are paid on a reimbursement basis. Students will purchase their return plane tickets in their home country and we will then process the refund in full at the completion of the semester.

Insurance
You will be covered by overseas medical and emergency insurance as soon as you set foot in China. You will, however, need to insure your own belongings (especially more valuable items such as cameras and laptops).

Airport services
 ACIC staff will greet you upon arrival at the airport and also assist with your departure.

Accommodation
Students are provided with either an adequately furnished single occupancy shared apartment or will be placed with a homestay family which includes( Please click here to download Homestay Profile.doc):

Meals
Three meals (Chinese food) are provided a day.

Orientation
We shall provide orientation both on your expatriate life and local teaching life upon your arrival. A handbook including relevant local information (including local maps, subway guides, restaurant guides & reviews, tourist destinations, entertainment venues etc) will be provided.

Certificate
At the end of your internship contract with us, you will receive a performance appraisal and a certificate of completion from us. A report to your university will also be completed by the school.
